Here at the Durham Region Centre for Cognitive Health, we are a rehabilitation medicine practice that helps assess and treat ADHD, concussions, traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, neurodegenerative disease (dementia), and various neurological disorders. Our practice offers diagnostic evaluations for many of these conditions and provides customized care for every individual.
Additionally, we seek to help people work through the uncertainty of living with major health changes. Many of the clients we see are going from doctor to doctor without getting the cognitive and emotional support they need. That’s why we decided to do what we do. We want to help people recover from their injuries and adjust to any health changes without feeling stressed or uncertain.
